Q: Where are you located so I can come and view your collections?

A: We are by appointment only, so contact us and we discuss your options to view our unique pieces. Please e-mail us at, Simple.Soiree@yahoo.com so we have your contact info and can let you now when we host open houses and special events such as…. “How to get The Party Started”.

Q: I have a last minute event, can I still use your unique items?

A: It’s never too late or too early to plan and reserve your treasures. However, if your event is less than 7 days away, the payment for the selected items will need to be paid in full along with the signed rental agreement.

Q: If I do not need delivery, can I pick up my rental pieces?

A: We carry a vast assortment of pieces, some may travel well, while others need the TLC of a staff member to accompany them. Most large pieces (table and couches) as well as items that need on site construction (wedding arches, doors and backdrops) are not available for pick unless with a rented moving truck. Our delivery and set up rates are reasonable and will be outlined in your quote.

Q: Are you willing to travel and deliver the desired pieces to an event?

A: We love to travel! Traveling all over the states is how we acquired such unique items. We are willing to travel ~3 hours from the Madison area. Once you have your events location nailed down, we will put together a proposal for you that includes travel, set up, take down and carry away.

Q: What if I don’t find the item I am looking for on your website?

A: In an effort to always provide the coolest, most unique pieces for our clients, we are always on the hunt for the next big find! If you don’t see a specific item you’re looking for, let us know, we may have it in our inventory – it just hasn’t been photographed yet. If time permits, we are also up for the challenge to find the piece you’re looking for, at a fraction of the cost. We love a great hunt!

Q: Oops, something broke.

A: All rental items provided by Simple Soiree must be returned in the same quantity and condition in which they were delivered. If a rental piece(s) is damaged but can be salvaged, (includes but is not limited to: ripped fabric, discoloration, stain, damaged paint, chip in the wood, broken parts); Simple Soiree will not allege full replacement cost but will bill the Client for the necessary services. Such services include re-upholstery, steam cleaning, part replacement, painting, wood refinishing, etc. Client is responsible and liable for any damages that happen to the rental piece(s) while these are under their care during their event. Replacement, repair, and/or cleaning fees are at the discretion of Simple Soiree.

Q: Do you offer discounts throughout the year and for multiple rental days?

A: Simple Soiree will provide different discounts throughout the year for special events. Send us a note at Simple.Soiree@yahoo.com so we have your e-mail and can contact you directly about these discounts. We are also willing to offer a discount on rentals when pieces are needed for multiple days – just let us know what you’re thinking and we can prepare a quote for you.
